  • Client Data: This is the business data you upload to the Lariv ERP. It includes documents, code, financial records, and datasets. You own this data. We only use it to provide our services to you.

  • Platform Data: Since we are a Meta Tech Provider, we may process data from Meta platforms. This includes information from WhatsApp Business API or Facebook accounts that you connect to Lariv.

  • Technical Data: Our servers automatically record your IP address, browser type, and how you use our website.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to make the Lariv ERP work for you.

For Client Data and Platform Data, we use it only to build and run your custom AI solutions. We do not use your business data to train our own general AI models. We will never sell your data to other companies.

For Personal Data, we use it to manage your account and talk to you about our services.

4. Sharing Your Data

We do not trade or rent your data. We only share data with:

  • Service Providers: We use trusted companies for cloud hosting (like AWS) and payments. They must keep your data secret and safe.

  • Legal Reasons: We may share data if the law in India requires us to do so.

  • Meta Compliance: We share data with Meta only as required to run the integrations you have asked for.

5. Data Security and Storage

We take security seriously. We use SSL encryption when data moves between your computer and our servers. We also encrypt your passwords when they are stored.

We keep your personal data as long as your account is active. We keep your business data for as long as our contract lasts. If you close your account, we delete your data from our systems.
