
Terms of Use
This Terms of Use Agreement (“Terms”) constitutes a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you,” “the User”) and Uniquity Ventures (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Lariv School ERP software as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Service”).

1. Agreement to Terms
The Service is intended for use by Schools and other Educational Institutions.
By creating an account, clicking “I Agree” during the registration process, or by accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Service and you must discontinue use immediately.
2. User Accounts and Responsibilities
To use the Service, you may be required to register for an account. When you create an account, you agree to the following:
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any other credentials used to access your account.
- You must not share your account credentials with any other person or entity.
- You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activities.
- You agree to notify us immediately at support@lariv.in of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Service is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Service (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights of the Republic of India and international conventions.
4. User-Generated Content
You are responsible for the content, such as text, images, or other material, that you post to the Service (“User Content”).
- Ownership: You retain ownership of any User Content you post.
- License to Us: By posting User Content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to host, store, transfer, display, perform, reproduce, and modify your User Content for the sole purpose of operating, providing, and improving the Service.
- Our Right to Remove Content: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove any User Content that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, without prior notice.
5. Prohibited Activities
As a user of the Service, you agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
- Violate, or encourage others to violate, the rights of third parties, including by infringing or misappropriating their intellectual property rights.
- Post, upload, or distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, inaccurate, or that a reasonable person could deem to be objectionable, profane, indecent, pornographic, harassing, threatening, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate.
- Interfere with security-related features of the Service, including by disabling or circumventing features that prevent or limit use or copying of any content.
- Interfere with the operation of the Service or any user’s enjoyment of the Service, including by uploading or otherwise disseminating any virus, adware, spyware, worm, or other malicious code.
- Perform any fraudulent activity including impersonating any person or entity, or claiming a false affiliation.
- Sell or otherwise transfer the access granted under these Terms.
- Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of any portion of the Service.
- Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Service to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
6. Term and Termination
These Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Service.
- Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by using the account deletion feature in your account settings or by contacting us at support@lariv.in.
- Termination by Us: WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THESE TERMS, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICE (INCLUDING BLOCKING CERTAIN IP ADDRESSES), TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION FOR BREACH OF ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR COVENANT CONTAINED IN THESE TERMS OR OF ANY APPLICABLE LAW OR REGULATION. We may terminate your use or participation in the Service or delete your account at any time, without warning, in our sole discretion. This includes termination for failure to pay any applicable fees or for extended periods of inactivity.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS-IS” AND “AS-AVAILABLE” BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE AND YOUR USE THEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
9. Dispute Resolution
- Governing Law: These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
- Informal Negotiations: To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Terms (each a “Dispute”), you agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating any formal action. Such informal negotiations commence upon written notice from one party to the other.
- Jurisdiction: If the parties are unable to resolve a Dispute through informal negotiations, the Dispute will be finally and exclusively resolved by the courts located in Mumbai, India.
